Port Askaig is the gateway to Islay and a synonym for great whisky. The Port Askaig brand captures the typical character of the island and its iconic single malts – now with a refined look. The Port Askaig 17 yo completes the new core range of "mystery drams" from Elixir Distillers.
After 17 years in American oak, the single malt joins the ranks of the coveted, well-aged Islay whiskies. Only around 9,000 bottles will be available annually, with each batch varying in age, alcohol content, cask recipe, and flavor. This reveals a unique Islay flavor with its floral and fruity notes.
