Aroma: Sweet, bold, and smoky. A spicy version with notes of candied apple slices, crème brûlée, and sugar pastries.
Taste: Initially, sweet and fruity flavors such as apple compote, vanilla cream and pears in syrup dominate, followed by a wave of sea salt, herbal smoke, fresh seaweed and a hint of cooling menthol.
Finish: Very long with black pepper and its tingling spiciness, old leather and sweet grassy smoke that fades into a tarry peat aroma.
