Tasting Notes

Nose: Very powerful and precise! Full of green and black olives, supported by plenty of other savory notes like gherkins and capers. The water enhances the medicinal and spicy notes in the background.

Palate: A grand entrance with seawater, grapefruit, and bandages soaked in medicinal tinctures. Purity, power, and precision in abundance!

Finish: very long, very spicy, salty, citrus and medicinal.
