Tullibardine is one of the few distilleries in Scotland where all processes for producing single malt whisky take place on-site—bar malting. This ensures that the dedicated artisan team has control over all processes and that every whisky created respects Tullibardine's heritage and focuses on spirit and wood quality. From distillation to maturation, every drop of this pure Highland gold is managed with great care and attention.

The 1990s were a time of awakening and renewal for Tullibardine, one in which the roots were not forgotten, but rather new paths were explored. Our 30-Year-Old Tullibardine from 1991 is complex, layered, and elegantly dry, with a spicy-sweet maturity, followed by a depth that comes from the long maturation in American white oak. This bottling comes from one of the last casks distilled before the still's closure in 1993.

Colour: clear straw yellow with slight vegetal reflections when the glass is held against a cool light.

Mouth: Light dark smoky tones, rich, velvety body, complex pithy character, light leather notes combined with finely integrated spice, followed by secondary fruit notes of pear and ripe quince. A hint of earthy, loosened topsoil notes in the background.

Finish: Long-lasting without being overpowering, leaving room for exploration. Gradually, many layers emerge, creating an elegant yet complex flavor profile.
