A follow up bottling of Sideburn blended malt. This is our profound and highly inventive way of re-branding Burnside. This bottling is a sequel of sorts to Whiskey Sponge Edition 95. It is a combination of a 1992 refill barrel and a 1993 first fill barrel.
The mix has been bottled at natural cask strength. We've decided to stick with the groovy 1970s album cover theme for this, in a nod to the wonderfully old school 'early 70s' vibes of the whiskey itself: a total honey, wax and fruit fest!

TASTING NOTES
Nose: Dripping with honey, green fruits, underripe banana, pineapple, American cream soda and a hint of peppery wood spice. All mashed together with loads of luscious waxes
Palate: Pure honeycomb and beeswax, with loads of luscious green and yellow fruits. Flapjack, fruity muesli, lemon marmalade and hints of butterscotch and dried exotic fruit chunks. Exuberant and luscious!
Finish: Long, dominated by assorted syrupy fruit notes and more honeys and waxes.
