In der Nase entfaltet sich ein komplexes Zusammenspiel aus Datteln, Feigen und Rosinen, das von einer dezenten Ledernote und warmem Karamell elegant untermalt wird. Am Gaumen präsentiert sich der Malt vollmundig und cremig; hier treten Noten von butterigem Toffee und feine marzipanartige Nuancen in den Vordergrund. Die Struktur ist geprägt von einer harmonischen Balance zwischen der Süße des Sherrys und einer hintergründigen Würze. Der langanhaltende Nachhall verabschiedet sich mit Anklängen von Walnüssen und reifen Pflaumen, die noch lange am Gaumen verweilen.
