With Savanna L'Absolu 2024, rum connoisseurs have the rare opportunity to taste some of Savanna's oldest stocks. Blended by Master Blender Thierry Grondin, this limited-edition annual bottling showcases the distillery's extensive expertise in blending rare rums—and extracts the absolute best from them.
For 2024, four very old barrels, each 14-16 years old, and an eight-year-old barrel of Savanna's high ester rum, HERR, were used. The result is even more powerful than its predecessor. A full-bodied aroma of cake with caramelized apples and wood spice is complemented by chocolate, resulting in a long and delicious finish.
