Old Pulteney 15 Years 2006/2022 - Single Cask 1454

On the northernmost shores of Scotland, where the North Sea meets the coast of Caithness, lies the town of Wick. It is home to a whisky that captures the essence of its region: Old Pulteney. "The Maritime Malt" matures in warehouses exposed to the harsh sea air. Accordingly, the single malts range from subtle coastal accords to more pronounced saline notes.

The small distillery bottled this whisky especially for Kirsch Import customers. Aged in the bourbon cask number 1454, the Old Pulteney 2006/2022 developed aromas of honey toffee, apples, and almonds alongside typical vanilla notes. Salted caramel and tropical fruits combine to create a creamy, lingering finish.
