A fruity addition to the "Earlskine - Selected Cask" series! This single malt was distilled in 2008 at cask strength 54.5% ABV, naturally unchill-filtered, and uncolored, and bottled in just 138 bottles. A magnificent, fruity single cask and another worthy successor to the "Exceptional Cask" series.

Aroma: Soft and mild, it begins with hints of cranberry and red apple, along with tropical fruits like mango and papaya. Then a sweet, tart note of dark currant emerges. Accompanied by a light biscuit character with caramel, vanilla, and a touch of spice.

Taste: It begins fruity and sweet. From stone fruit and biscuit to tropical fruits and dark berries, it's all there! A true fruit basket! A hint of cinnamon and oak spice then accompanies us with some dark chocolate, before it transitions into a slightly crisper taste of dark berries and forest fruits. In summary: a fruity, full-bodied, soft yet crisp texture envelops the tongue.

Finish: Good, medium-long finish. Soft and oily. Cake batter, fruity components, and a touch of oak spice accompany us to the end.
