In Ledaig 2011/2025, powerful peat whisky meets sweet sherry influences. This single malt was distilled in 2011 in the smoky branch of the small Tobermory Distillery, located directly on the fishing port of the Isle of Mull.
During maturation, Murray McDavid demonstrated his in-house skill in cask management, aging the heavily peated whisky in an authentic Pedro Ximénez sherry cask. After a two-year finale, the wild character of the Scottish west coast blends surprisingly harmoniously with the fruity sweetness of the fortified wine.
