Rob Roy MacGregor, born in Scotland in 1671, was a Scottish clan leader during the Age of Enlightenment. A fearless fighter and skilled cattle dealer, he courageously stood up against corrupt landowners and the British government. Today, Rob Roy MacGregor fascinates as a significant historical figure whose legacy embodies indomitable courage and unwavering fighting spirit. As the Scottish Robin Hood, his character has been immortalized in literary works such as "Highland Rogue" by Daniel Defoe and "Rob Roy" by Sir Walter Scott.

This rarity, a 1996 vintage single malt from the old cask cellar of the independent Glenfarclas distillery, matured exclusively in select sherry casks. You can expect an excellent single malt with the typical Glenfarclas sherry aromas.
