Located in the Forgue Valley, deep in the East Highland Hills, lies The Glendronach, one of Scotland's oldest distilleries. The Glendronach produces whisky in true Highland style: a heavy and robust whisky, perfect for a long maturation period in sherry casks.
The award-winning Glendronach range combines the best of Highland and Spanish expertise and heritage to offer whiskies with elegant, complex character and tremendous depth of flavor.
The scent of smoldering peat, the warming hearth of the Highlands, and the memories of times gone by—an ode to the embers. The Glendronach Ode to the Embers is a richly aromatic whisky with interwoven notes of peat smoke, along with a clear presence of Oloroso sherry casks and Pedro Ximénez casks, which provide a spicy complexity.
