For Sinteis Part II, the The GlenAllachie 2015/2025, Walker selected from a stock of 50,000 casks, including Oloroso Sherry Casks and extremely rare Scottish Virgin Oak Barrels – a combination that allows whisky lovers to discover the untapped potential of Virgin Oak.
The fusion of the two cask types resulted in a full-bodied blend of cinnamon butter, citrus fruits, and vanilla buttercream, which can fully unfold at cask strength of 58.2% vol.
