With the Wood Collection, the industry veteran now delivers new landmarks for his whisky craft. Three limited-edition experiences, finished in different sherry casks, mark the beginning of the series. Neither chill-filtered nor colored, and bottled at an elevated 48% ABV, they speak for themselves – and at a good price.
The darkest dry sherry style is known for its distinctive nutty and dried fruit flavors, unlike the light, delicate Fino. This makes The GlenAllachie 9 yo – Fino Sherry Finish a single malt bursting with orchard fruits, roasted almonds, and vanilla.
