Amontillado Sherry begins its life as a fino and undergoes additional maturation, developing a richer color and more robust characteristics. Finished in casks that previously housed this well-aged sherry, The GlenAllachie 9 yo – Amontillado Sherry Finish takes on hints of dark cherries, roasted hazelnuts, and butterscotch.
