Aus breit gemaserter Limousin-Eiche gefertigt, fördern die französischen Fässer eine intensive Wechselwirkung zwischen Destillat und Holz. GlenAllachies Whisky profitiert in Form von Honignoten, Orangenschale, sanften Gewürzen und subtilen erdigen Untertönen.
Die üppigen Oloroso-Fässer steuern dagegen Trockenfrüchte, Kaffee, Karamell und nussige Würze bei. Das Ergebnis? Ein harmonischer, komplexer Single Malt, in dem Süße, Tiefe und Struktur nahtlos verschmelzen.
