Glenallachie 10 Years - Cuvée Cask Finish

Billy Walker once again had the opportunity to demonstrate his keen sense for casks. The living legend sensitively selected and combined puncheons, barriques, and pipes to create a new GlenAllachie whisky cuvée.

Bottled exclusively for Kirsch Import, The GlenAllachie 2012/2023 was initially matured in American white oak casks. For additional depth and complexity, Billy Walker selected three additional cask types of distinct character.

The sweetness of Pedro Ximénez Sherry Puncheons blends with the delicate floral aromas of Moscatel wine barriques and the dark fruity, nutty notes of Ruby Port Pipes. The result: a sumptuous single-malt cuvée with aromas ranging from caramel sauce to plum jam and garden fruits.
