Sein neuer Fund katapultiert Whiskyfans in die wunderschöne Speyside. Mit dem GlenAllachie 2014/2024 hat sich der Druide hier ein Pedro Ximénez Sherry Hogshead einer der wenigen unabhängigen Whiskybrennereien Schottland gesichert. Der neunjährige Single Malt lässt Sherrywürze mit dunkler Schokolade, Rumrosinen und kräftig karamellisierter Crème brûlée verschmelzen und ist eine Hommage an die Künste der lebenden Master-Blender-Legende Billy Walker.
