For our penultimate Whisky Sponge bottling, we thought it appropriate to revisit the distillery where it all began: Glen Moray. This Glen Moray bottling is a small, multi-vintage batch, blending a 1990 refill hogshead with a 1991 second-fill sherry hogshead. The resulting blend was bottled at natural cask strength. We think it's a beautiful dram and a great demonstration of everything we've learned and strived to achieve over the past five years of bottling.
