A rum from the Foursquare Distillery in Barbados, just as you would imagine and desire it – intense, full-bodied, with a sweet finish, and an absolute delight!

RumClub Ed. 57 was distilled by Richard Seale in 2016 and matured for a full eight years in Barbados under tropical conditions before the Tres Hombres picked up the wooden barrel for us and sailed to Europe in 2024. After another year of barrel aging in a continental climate, we bottled this fantastic rum with a total age of nine years and are absolutely thrilled with it.

Tasting note

The Ed. 57 truly leaves nothing to be desired. A world-class rum at a very fair price. On the nose, the rum presents itself in its sweetest form with notes of coconut, dried fruits, and salted caramel. On the palate, these sweet notes are embedded in an exceptionally complex yet intriguing flavor profile. Dark oak tones are added, reminiscent of tobacco and roasted cocoa beans. The pleasant sweetness lingers on the palate for some time, providing a pleasantly smooth finish. This rum is a delight from start to finish, creating a harmonious drinking experience despite its robust cask strength.
