This includes this flagship for all fans of sherry maturation: The latest batch of Edradour 12 yo was once again matured entirely in first and second fill Oloroso sherry butts. Blended from a total of eight casks, this Highlander filled 5,131 bottles – cask strength and neither chill-filtered nor tinted. The effect? Its flavor profile, characterized by dark sweetness and nutty spiciness, is free to unfold.
