Edradour 11 Years 2012/2023 - St. Michael-Eppan - 1st Fill Cabernet Sauvignon

Edradour has been a favorite among single-malt fans since its acquisition by Signatory founder Andrew Symington in 2002. The unadulterated, sometimes heavily smoky whiskies from the distillery, located in the Highlands east of Pitlochry, are still produced using some original 19th-century equipment. For seven new single casks, "Scotland's Little Gem" joined forces for the first time with one of the most renowned addresses for fine wines: the St. Michael-Eppan winery in South Tyrol.

For the prestigious Sanct Valentin range, cellar master Hans Terzer, with some 40 years of experience, selects exclusively top-quality wines. These exquisite grapes produce remarkable wines whose complexity, elegance, and minerality are appreciated worldwide – now also by whisky lovers.

The 11 to 13 year old single malts were fully matured in the rare first-fill barrels of St. Michael-Eppan
