Tasting Notes
Nose: Initially, you detect gooseberry, followed by mirabelle jam, ground grain, and a combination of apple and pear. Later, it becomes even more tropical with mango and a hint of banana.
Palate: A fruit explosion you wouldn't necessarily expect from the nose. Sour apple and pear meet honey, plenty of tropical fruit underscored by a hint of gooseberry.
Finish: Plenty of gooseberry on the finish and an endlessly long finish. Great from start to finish!
