This bottling consists of a 1st fill sherry butt from a 2001 blended malt and a 1st fill sherry butt from a 2006 Aultmore. The resulting blend of several vintages was bottled with a slight reduction to 53%.
This is Decadent Drinks' attempt to create a sherry-aged malt whisky profile in the older style. Light, fruity, and easy to drink with plenty of classic, earthy, and elegant sherry character.
