Tasting Notes

Nose: Really focussed on beeswax, flower honey and various nectars, blossoms and pollens. A beautiful profile which recalls early 1970s examples of this distillery.

Palate: Wonderful arrival, immediately waxy and full of texture with the same bountiful honey and green frut character that dominated the nose.

Finish: Long, waxy, honeyed, gently peppery and with elegant dried fruits and flowers.
