Am Gaumen zeigt sich die beeindruckende Konzentration der Fassstärke von 57,8 % Vol., die Aromen von edler Schokolade, gerösteten Nüssen und winterlichen Gewürzen mit einer cremigen Textur transportiert. Der Nachklang bleibt außergewöhnlich lange präsent und verabschiedet sich mit Nuancen von Honig, kandierter Orangenschale und einer würzigen Tiefe aus der Eiche
