Complex aromas of peach stones, fresh mango, dried strawberries, cranberries, and tropical fruits mature on the nose. Upon sipping, aromas of spiced red apples, dark toffee, cake mix, black cherries, red currants, and a rosewater finish emerge. Ex-bourbon, Oloroso, and Pedro Ximenez casks all went into the making of this whisky.
This is a rich, complex, and profound dram that will keep you contemplating its flavors for hours. Bottled at 46%, unchilled filtered, and without added color, this whisky is a curiosity that will bring out the true whisky connoisseur.
