At Darkness, the name says it all: A minimum of three months of maturation in small Sherry Octave Casks lends the independent bottlings from Atom Brands intensity – both in natural color and aromas. The specially crafted casks (they are approximately one-eighth the size of a standard sherry butt) ensure particularly extensive wood contact and wonderfully dark fruity, spicy profiles.
