Two established independent bottlers are planning a coup: to supply enthusiasts with exceptional rum beyond the mainstream. The code name? Dos Delinquentes. Now, the alliance of Wu Dram Clan and FRC presents their second masterpiece.
Two characteristics distinguish the Dos Delinquentes Fiji 2006/2024: In addition to its remarkably high alcohol content of 72.5% ABV, it was matured under various climatic conditions. Over eleven years in the tropical South Pacific were followed by continental maturation in Europe from 2017 to 2024. This gives the rum its delicious creaminess.
The Fiji Rum was distilled in Jamaican-style pot stills. Equipped with retorts, these stills produce a rich, aromatic rum—characteristics enhanced by fresh bourbon casks. Bottled directly from one of the casks, free of any additives, the Dos Delinquentes Single Cask brings bold, full-bodied complexity to lovers of characterful rums. Surprisingly creamy, this limited-edition 256-bottle experience combines maritime aromas with tar, rubber, olives, and ripe tropical fruits.
