For Elements of Islay, Elixir Distillers select whiskies from all active and partially inactive Islay distilleries. The bottlers compose their delicious elemental blends from casks of different ages, sometimes from different distilleries. The goal: to capture the full spectrum of the island's malt whiskies, with their medicinal, peaty, and maritime character.
Elements of Islay – Beach Bonfire is a robust blended malt made from new oak, bourbon, refill, and sherry casks. Inspired by the beach bonfire, this limited edition reveals intense herbal notes, campfire smoke, and a sweet, spicy finish.
