Im Highland-Örtchen Pitlochry stellt die Destillerie bis heute Single Malts her, die die Herzen von Enthusiasten höherschlagen lassen. Limitierte Editionen zum 200-jährigen Jubiläum steigern die Frequenz – besonders nach Reifezeiten von bis zu 35 Jahren.
Durch die lange Reife wurden die Weinaromen genauso harmonisch und tief eingebunden wie bei den Einzelfassabfüllungen Edradour 25 y.o. – Madeira Cask #903 und Madeira Cask #901. Die Likörweinfässer bringen weniger Tannine, dafür eine helle Süße, Zitrusfrüchte und Nussaromen in den Whisky ein.
