Dingle 8 Years 2015/2023 - Cherry Import - Cognac Finish

Dingle Whiskey is a product of its environment. The small distillery was founded in the picturesque village of Dingle on the Dingle Peninsula in the winter of 2012. As one of Ireland's few independent distilleries, it creates its whiskey on-site entirely according to its own vision—and at its own pace. Surrounded by the breathtaking landscape of the Wild Atlantic Way, the distillery takes its time and places great emphasis on craftsmanship in every step of production.

Graham Coull is responsible for this. The personable master distiller selected a single cask exclusively for Kirsch customers. Triple distilled, the Dingle Distillery 2015/2023 matured for a total of eight years in the maritime microclimate of the far west of Ireland.

Dingle premiere: For the first time, it was refined in a barrel pre-filled with cognac, which gives it additional fruity freshness and spice.
