The latest release from Decadent Drams is a Fine Champagne Cognac. It comes from the Vallein Tercinier family estate and is composed of 60% N.78 Grande Champagne and 40% N.60 Petite Champagne—a delicious, fruity cognac.
Angus has long had a goal on his to-do list: bottling a Fine Champagne Cognac. He created this blend with the excellent people at Vallein Tercinier, and the result will be bottled at 48.2% ABV and has a modest production run of just 120 bottles.
