Compass Box - Hedonism - Limited Annual Release 2025

Hedonism was the first whisky ever released by Compass Box 25 years ago, paving the way for the blended grains category from Scotland. Since last year, the award-winning classic has been released as a limited annual bottling, blending whisky craftsmanship and artistry into a range of collectibles.

For the 2025 Limited Annual Release, Argentinian-born artist Sofia Bonati captured the iconic Hedonism figure. Her captivating, dreamlike female portraits are created from a combination of diverse materials, creating figures full of strength.
The blended grain whisky combines whisky from the Cameronbridge and Girvan distilleries with older Hedonism releases. All components were aged for extended periods, ranging from 15 to 25 years. Compass Box primarily used bourbon casks for this purpose.

However, part of the Cameronbridge matured for two years in a first-fill Marsala barrique – for additional sweetness and notes of red fruits.

Bottled at a more robust 46% ABV in 9,912 collectible bottles, Hendonism offers connoisseurs a complex taste experience of caramel, peach puree, chocolate mousse, and baking spices, culminating in a fresh, fruity finish.
