TDL Trinidad Rum 33 Years 1991/2024 - Decadent Drams
A single refill hogshead of 1991 TDL Trinidad Rum for our Decadent Drams series. Bottled at 33 years of age and at natural cask strength after predominantly continental maturation. A medium-bodied rum elegantly blended with fruits, spices, and gentle medicinal qualities.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Varnished pine wood, oak spices, bandages, medicines, dried herbs and even a little coastal character of green olive. A gentle, yet decidedly complex profile.
Palate: Richer and more emphatically medicinal and spicy in the mouth. Varnished hardwoods, wood resins, camphor and more green olive and bandages.
Finish: Long, tensely spiced, some medicinal and coastal aspects fading into the aftertaste.
