Tasting Notes
Nose : Fresh herbs and gooseberry jam with meringue pieces. Initially very peppery and a touch of paprika, then tobacco leaves and sweet black tea emerge. The sweetness is heavy and penetrating with distinct sherry notes.
Palate: Explosive peppery with bold sweetness, toffee, and vanilla bean. Brown sugar blended with blackcurrant jam, a hint of plum, and a touch of wax. Intense spice blend, dried black tea, coated peanuts, and distinct oak spice with elderflower jelly.
Finish: medium-long and dry, with some caramel and fine creamy notes.
