Tasting Notes
Aroma: Fresh and wild, with distinct wood smoke and exotic fruits – lychees and unripe melon.
Taste: Crisp and balanced, with fruit popsicles and a pervasive wood smoke and peat flavor. Some herbal notes—fresh mint—and freshly cut spring grass.
Finish: Smoldering embers remain, with a hint of grilled pineapple.
