With the “Personal Choice” series, Jens Drewitz brings his own signature to the table: Each barrel reflects his individual taste and is bottled in limited quantities at cask strength, uncolored, and without chill filtration.
Nose: Strawberry dragee with whipped cream, passion fruit, stone fruit in jelly
Palate: oily crème brûlée, herbs with peach and nectarine, light pepper with ginger notes
Finish: long, warming herbal pudding with citrus splash
