Tasting Notes
Aroma: Dried figs and crystallized ginger are balanced by Scottish table and classic European oak spices and dunnage warehouse funk.
Palate: Full-bodied, with wildflower honey and toffee apples for sweetness, while more complex savory notes of porcini mushrooms and Parma ham give a nod to the more farmhouse-style Ben Nevis of earlier decades.
Finish: Brandy and a hint of burlap/rancio add depth and maturity.
