Producing whisky in its most authentic form – this is what made Edradour a legend among Scotch fans years ago. Even after the expansion to include Edradour II, completed in 2018, the distillery still uses equipment that's more than 100 years old and is rarely used in whisky production anymore.
Under the Ballechin brand, “Scotland's Little Gem” bottles its peatiest single malts, distilled from malt with at least 50 ppm smoke content.
Smoke, intense fruit and delicate sweetness combine after 17 years of pure wine cask maturation in the Ballechin 17 yo Burgundy Casks.
