Whisky has been making history in India for over 150 years. However, the history of Indian whisky at Scottish level only began around the turn of the millennium with Amrut. India's flagship distillery was the first in the country to produce genuine single malt and established its quality whisky from Bangalore around the globe.
The Amrut Intermediate Sherry shines with its new look. It spends several years maturing in three different cask types: bourbon, new oak, and sherry casks, creating a luscious single malt with sweet, candied notes of Turkish delight and raspberry macaroons that set it apart from other sherry-aged whiskies.
